Warranty Terms

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone other than myself.

Products are not warranted as to compatibility with your current components in regards to use, fit or utility. You are responsible for making sure you purchase the correct product for your needs.

Custom Computer Systems

Custom computer systems are sold as-is and do not include any peripherals, such as mice, keyboards, speakers or monitors unless specified. Computer system specifications and parts are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to terminate the availability and sale of any computer system at any time.

Every computer system is delivered or shipped sans any total coverage warranty. All computer system components are covered by their respective manufacturers warranty only. Warranty periods and details vary by component and manufacturer; feel free to contact us for more information.

Software technical support is NOT part of the warranty.

Computer Services

Services performed by myself are guaranteed to remedy the problem(s) described by the customer before any work is carried out. Computer systems will be demonstrated to be problem free upon arrival. Any problems that arise during or before this period will be remedied, without cost, to the best of my abilities. Problems which arise after this period are not covered by warranty. If, at my discretion, I deem that I am unable to adequately fix a certain problem or problems, I will waive any or all service fees.

All computer systems which I service are assumed to have previous backups. Many procedures involved in repairing a computer system contain a chance that information may be lost, often beyond recovery. I am not responsible for any data loss that occurs due to servicing. Back up your data.

General Warranty

If a customer discovers any defects in a product purchased through myself, I will do my best to repair the product at no charge. If I am unable to restore your product to good working condition after a reasonable number of attempts, I will - at my discretion, replace the customer product. If your product has been special ordered for you or if I do not have adequate product stock, and is defective, I will send the product to the manufacturer for replacement or repairs. I often cannot exchange special order or high-volume items over the counter due to stock issues.

Limited Warranty

Many of the products I sell come with a 30 days limited warranty. The warranty begins from the day of purchase. Products may only be returned if they are non-defective and un-opened. Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee.

To obtain service under this warranty, customers are must have the product inspected by myself.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, I shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Bundled Items

Bundled items are included while supplies last. Items of similar or greater value may be substituted if needed.

All prices are subject to change. I am not responsible for typographical, technical, or descriptive errors of products herein.

THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVELY AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. I DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTS OF MERCHANTS ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
